One third population of India today is juvenile. The system required to deal with these fragile minds is inconsistent and the people involved are unaware of their duties towards the children in Conflict with the Law. The reality in India as well as the rest of the world is that millions of children, including those who need more care and protection than the rest for physical and psychological reasons are growing up without it. They are neglected, forced to work, incarcerated, and denied justice as well as their basic right to dignified living.
