Brick Kilns: A Life all its own

These films are a result of the efforts made by the Centre for Labour Research and Action (CLRA) and Centre for Education and Communication (CEC) towards ensuring rights and entitlements of brick workers and their families. The objective of the film is to document what the kiln owners and contractors can do for the workers and motivate them to fulfil their obligations. It is not a reflection of the general management practice in the brick kilns where no interventions have been carried out.
